Geocache Description:

A relatively easy park and grab about a tenth of a mile into the small trail system of Eastgate Park and about 30 feet off a trail.

This is a medium sized cache (with a writing stick!) filled with loot that is hidden in a local park off one of the many trails that run through it. The park is accessible through the surrounding streets, but there is a dedicated parking lot listed in the waypoints that isn't far from the cache. There is room for medium sized trackables. The Eastgate Park is a quaint community park that includes two shady playgrounds, covered outdoor chess/checkers tables, tennis courts, basketball court and an open field. A comfort station is onsite and is open from March to November. There is a community garden next to the field facing Wingate Dr. There is also a pond where you can see the occasional Great Blue Heron and Barred owl. I hope you enjoy this cache and the park!

This cache was placed by Chuckfin, which was their family's first cache and then adopted by Bebeau_finders.

Important: Place the cache back with the top facing down so that water cannot get inside.
