If you have ever hiked the Phoenix Mountain Preserve and parked at the 40th Street trailhead, you know that in cool months the lot is full and cars are parked down 40th Street. However, in the hot months, there is always lots of parking in the lot. It's during the cooler months you are most likely to walk by this cash.
