The Big 4 Rail Trail will one day stretch 50-plus miles across Boone County, from the northern suburbs of Indianapolis to Lafayette. The Big 4 in the trail name refers to the old Cleveland, Cincinnati, Chicago and St. Louis Railway corridor. It could just as easily refer to the four communities pushing this long-term project: Zionsville, Whitestown, Lebanon, and Thorntown. When I was last here during the summer of 2016, the trail was nothing more than a gravel pathway; since then, a lot of work has been done in paving the trail. I don't often see people on this trail, so I thought I'd give everyone a reason to come visit. Parking at the given coordinates is recommended.
You're looking for a small, camoed plastic jar that's just large enough for small trade items. Beware of poison ivy during the warmer months!
Congratulations to coachstahly for the hard-earned FTF!
