Located near Lugoff, SC. From I-20, exit 92, then take Mesa Ln. This hide is a small plastic tube, a short walk from the listed parking area. There's a shooting range business down the road from here, but the hide is safely located away from the action.
Considering current events, the lyrics of this 1964 tune seems quite appropriate. The cache title is taken from song and the album of the same name, by Bob Dylan.
