This is a straight forward traditional cache. There is no question where ground zero is and there is no reason to step over the chain to retrieve the cache. That is kind a hit in itself.
One morning I was driving through the town of Waterville on the way to breakfast and I spotted a location that needed a cache. This cache is a great photo opportunity as well as a fun cache. There is no reason to step over the chain to retrieve the cache. Please treat ground zero with respect and do not climb on it. This is a great spot to take a Brake and if it is starting to get dark the area is lit up with spot Lights.
