This is NOT a challenge - it is meant to be easy. This non-challenge is going to be for all cachers - that's why its not called a challenge!
This NOT one of the series of challenge caches along Fairfax County's Cross County Trail since Groundspeak has decided that a challenge of this type is not worthy of consideration.
My original concept of a challenge for this cache was that you must have awarded at least 50% of your favorites earned. There is a method in Project-GC to provide proof of meeting that challenge, but this checker will not be built since this challenge was not approved. Instead of making this a challenge, I am inserting an OYR puzzle for you to get the final coords - but if you want to say what percentage of Favorite Points you have awarded in your log, that would be great.

A BLUE RIBBON NON-CHALLENGE

As geocachers, we love accomplishments. Challenge Caches give us that goal to achieve. Before you lies The Challenge Cache Trail. There are caches for the newbies and veterans out here but this is no power trail.
 The Non-Challenge
To qualify for and be able to log a find on this non-challenge cache you may want to meet the following requirements - otherwise solve the puzzle:
- If this was a challenge, you would have had to have awarded at least 50% of your favorite points earned.
Favorite Points communicate what to expect at a cache location. Some Cache Owners put a lot of effort into their cache placement and Favorite Points are a way to reward those COs for their efforts.
OYR Puzzles give a number in the hint that you need to add or subtract from the longitude and latitude to get the actual coordinates. Hint - this cache uses a positive approach to this puzzle.

ABOUT FAVORITE POINTS:
We LOVE favorite points! Although everyone plays this game differently, here's how we see it. Favorites can be used in two distinctly different ways.
AS A FINDER: Use the favorite (Blue Ribbon) icon to sort caches. When we travel, we look for caches with high number of Favorite Points to ensure that every cache we find is a memorable one! Awarding a favorite point does not need to mean that it has the best camo you have ever seen or was the most difficult to locate - although some certainly will be. You can give a favorite if the cache just invokes a special memory. I have given away more than 90% of mine!
AS A CACHE OWNER: It is so nice to see what type of hides cachers want to find. Awarding favorite points to the cache owner acknowledges a job well done and encourages them to create more hides that you want to find.
So... GIVE THEM AWAY! They are not worth money and we have never seen a bumper sticker that reads, "He with the most unused favorite points wins!".

- As with all caches, the decision as to whether a log is valid rests solely with the cache owner.
- Any finds that lack a signature on logsheet will be deleted without notice.

ABOUT THE CROSS COUNTY TRAIL:
This cache is not on the trail but is easy to access from the the Cross County Trail (CCT). There are over 50 caches along the 40 mile trail. This is no power trail as many of the hides are different in type, size, difficulty and terrain. If you want to know where to park or get food or a bathroom along the trail you need to check out CCT (CCT - Welcome to the Cross County Trail). It is loaded with valuable information including maps of the entire CCT.
