We first met Liz and Bruce several years ago at one of the annual Illawarra/South Coast Get-together events. Since then, we've bumped into them at events in places such as Stanthorpe and Alice Springs and have come across many of their caches around the country, as well as seeing their names in very many logbooks!
In July 2017, I (Mr H of The Hancock Clan) was up in Maryborough with work performing on tuba at the Brolga Theatre. Coincidentally, and unbeknown to me, Liz and Bruce were in the audience at the concert that night! We made contact and the following day they were kind enough to pick me up from where I was staying and take me out caching for the afternoon followed by a super evening of fine wining and dining!
I was staying at a homestead nearby and before leaving, took the opportunity to place this cache, which was kindly donated by Liz and Bruce. I wasn't even expecting to go caching, let alone place one! In fact, for the first time ever, I even left my GPS at home!
We've never trusted phone coordinates so if anyone takes a better reading then please let us know! We've also included a spoiler picture as this is intended to be an easy find. You will need to bring your own pen.
