Come bust your trackables out of JAIL!
This geocache has been set as part of the commemoration of the 10th Anniversary of the OVC (Ojai Valley Cachers), being celebrated on July 8th, 2017. It takes several steps to gain access to, and ultimately set free, the contents locked within. You will need a special T.O.T.T. Not a file hidden inside a cake, not explosives, not a lock pick, but rather something that you might find attaching a note to your refrigerator.
Upon arriving at the geo-location, look for a visual cue that holds significance only to geocachers, that is your secret access point. It responds to the right kind of stimulation. Check in procedures are spelled out for visitors. Follow them to get past the first level of security. Once inside, you will have to perform other tasks before you can make direct contact with the detainees.
As always, be discreet in your actions so as not to arouse suspicion. When your mission is complete, carefully put everything back as you found it to mask any signs of your intrusion. Don't forget to take your T.O.T.T. away, you certainly don't want to leave it as evidence of your illicit activity.
