### Geocache Description:

The cache is not at the listed coordinates. Solve the puzzle to find this preform tube.

OM: "Go West, young man."

YM: "Why should I, old man?"

OM: "Because you're a geocacher, and that's the only way to find this cache."

YM: "Oh, so the cache is to the west of the listed location?"

OM: "Actually, no. But you have to go west to get the final coordinates."

YM: "How far west do I have to go? If it's too far, I think I'll skip this one."

OM: "You'll have to find that out for yourself. But it's no more than 100 feet each."

YM: "What do you mean, each?"

OM: "You have to go west from 10 different places."

YM: "That's a lot; I hope they're close together. Where are they?"

OM: "The first one is at retail.merrier.educations."

YM: "Huh?"

OM: "Don't you know about what3words?"

YM: "Never heard of it."

OM: "Well, it's a website and a smartphone app that divides up the earth into squares about 3 meters on each side (except near the north and south poles, where they get distorted). Then it gives each square a name made up of 3 words. The idea is that words are easier to remember than numbers."

YM: "Hang on a sec..." [Fiddles with phone for a while.] "OK, got it. Hey, retail.merrier.educations is in Australia!"

OM: "True, but you don't actually have to go there; you just have to go west from there."

YM: "Hmm, OK. What about the other places?"

OM: "Here, I wrote them down for you." [Hands paper to YM.]

YM: "So what am I looking for at each place? Something with a number written on it?"

OM: "No, but you should look for something similar. You'll know it when you see it."

YM: "Any hints for the cache itself?"

OM: "Certitude will give you one. And you'll probably need it, because satellite reception isn't great at the cache location."

YM: "Anything else I need to know?"

OM: "Oh, so many things. But for now just be aware that ten equals zero."

If you think you've figured out the coordinates, you can check them with Certitude:

You can also see who else has solved the puzzle. Note: You can remain anonymous if you want to; incorrect guesses are always anonymous. (Puzzle makers, you can create your own Certitude links here.)

Congratulations to the first certified solver, turuthok, and the first finders, VPPlayer and madnessofmalkav.

There's a dollar for FTF.

Thanks to ecrane for creating the cache that prompted the research which made this puzzle possible.
