Geocache Description:

This is a high muggle/traffic area. Enjoying the view from where it's hidden can easily mask that you are searching for it. It's not in plain sight!

We have walked along the paths of this canal for years on our lunch breaks, have paddled it's waters in preparation for dragon boat races and have skated on it's icy surface in the winter.  It's no secret the Rideau Canal is an Ottawa treasure.  If you haven't taken advantage of it, what are you waiting for?
