This cache is placed in a special location to my family. My grandfather Jim Barbary was the manager of the Terrace Theater when it opened in 1967, my mother and aunt both worked there as teenagers and to this day they are obsessed with movies. It closed and then reopened in the early 2000s as Cinema Grille, you could eat a burger and watch a movie, so I also enjoyed this place as a theater. A time capsule was placed at the theater and it was to be opened 50 years later in 2017. The family rumor was that there was a letter for my mom, aunt, and grandmother placed in the time capsule. Of course we were there for the opening! Sadly the container had taken on water and the majority of the contents were ruined (it's like finding a water logged cache, but very old and stinky!) Regardless it was an amazing experience! I have heard about this time capsule my entire life, and I was so happy to be there with my renaming family members (except for my father and other cousin, they could not make it and are not pictured). I placed a cache here so that the memories can live on! I am posting pictures from the opening in the photos, they in no way contain any cache spoilers, just sharing my family experience!
