I recently purchased a DIY 3D Printer kit and have been brainstorming new items to print. I realized it might be fun to print some creative cache containers and this is the first one in a series I plan on hiding. I'm trying out a new "wood" filament that I hoped would work well for a cache container so that it looks more natural and blends in better with its surroundings. I love "hidden in plain sight" caches given they tend to be more creative and fun than trapsing through bushes looking for a needle in a haystack. I've categorized this a Micro cache but its probably right on the edge of being a small. Hope you enjoy and please place it back exactly as you find it to preserve the hide for others! BYOP **8/14/17 Update - There are now two containers at this location, about 10 ft apart. One is an empty decoy without a log while the other one is the real cache container with the log. **1/04/18 Update - The decoy container has been removed to prevent confusion with the real cache container. Happy hunting!
