Geocache Description:

A perfect spot to do some whale and dolphin watching from.

Viewpoint

When you visit the Tsitsikama National Park at Stomsriver, be sure to walk to one of the main attractions, the suspension bridge. The slightly more adventurous can wander beyond this and walk to this amazing lookout point.

Dolphins and whales are often seen from this spot. Even big sharks have been spotted.

This viewing deck also marks the end of the walk where day visitors have to turn back. The rest of this path is part of the Dolphin Trail, and can also be booked through SanParks.

Access to the park for day visitors:

South African Citizens and Residents - Children R24, Aduts R49

Foreingners - Children R49, Adults R98

Inside the park there are several hiking trails, and at the moment, 7 caches accessible to day visitors, at no extra cost.
