Please do NOT go near the rail tracks.  There is no need to do that.  The waypoint and the actual cache location are on the same side of the tracks, be a safe cacher, (b'y)!  Quite a few muggles around during the evening walking dogs and in warmer months anytime.  BYOP  Bus routes within walking distance (less than 10 mins), parking on some side streets, available.
