Žaborić is a town of Šibenik, located on the main road 10 kilometers south of Sibenik in the direction of Split. It was created by separating the population from the island of Krapanj starting from 1857, assuming that they wanted to be closer to their fields that they worked on in Žaborić or in Donji polje, where they are vineyards. It is one of the favorite tourist destinations of the Šibenik-Knin County. It is recognizable by its well-preserved natural sandy and pebble beaches and the crystal clear sea, attracting an increasing number of domestic and foreign tourists every year. The beauty of the bay is known as the Mrzla Wave, one of the natural pearls of the Šibenik-Knin County.

Žaborić je gradsko naselje grada Šibenika, smješteno uz magistralnu cestu 10 kilometara južnije od Šibenika u smjeru Splita. Nastalo je izdvajanjem stanovništva s otoka Krapanj počevši od 1857. godine, pod pretpostavkom da su željeli biti bliže svojim poljima koja su obrađivali u samom Žaboriću, odnosno u Donjem polju gdje su vinogradi. Jedno je od omiljenih turističkih odredišta Šibensko-kninske županije. Prepoznatljiv je po uređenim prirodnim pjeskovitim i šljunčanim plažama, te po kristalno čistom moru, što svake godine privlači sve veći broj domaćih i stranih turista. Svojom ljepotom posebno se ističe uvala poznata kao Mrzla vala, koja je jedan od prirodnih bisera Šibensko-kninske županije.
