10 Trees Traditional Cache

A brilliant cache placed for the 2017 BG Geocoin Challenge

To find this cache, start up this tree-covered road but don't go too far.  Look for 10 trees all coming out of the same area and look in the likely spots for the container.  Once you have this one, it is recommended to do what is inside - showing your brilliance.

This cache qualifies for the 2017 Battle Ground Geocoin Challenge!  This year our theme is Brilliant - in each cache you will find something that could be described as brilliant, all drawn by my daughter - note this on your registration card.

The rules for the challenge:

1. The Battle Ground Chamber of Commerce reserves the right to modify the rules at any time and for any reason.
2. There is a limit of one Geocoin per geocaching family.
3. The standard rules and disclaimers that apply to all geocaches apply to this challenge.
4. You must find and log on geocaching.com and enter on your registration card a minimum of 7 of the 10 qualifying geocaches plus 3 more geocaches of your choice from the Battle Ground area. We are looking for the brilliant picture included with each cache hide.  The list of 10 qualifying caches will be in a file on each of the cache pages and on the event page GC77N11.  The Battle Ground area is defined as between NE 119^th St to the South, NE 319^th St to the North, NE 232^nd Ave to the East and NE 72^nd Ave to the West.
5. Your 10 caches have to be found within 30 days of requesting your Geocoin from the Battle Ground Chamber of Commerce.
6. To claim your Geocoin, turn in your completed registration card to the Battle Ground Chamber of Commerce information booth (waypoint on the event cache page) on Saturday July 15th.  After the Harvest Days event, the Geocoin can be picked up at the Chamber of Commerce office at N 45° 46.850 W 122° 31.990.  The office is open from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm Monday through Friday.  If you anticipate completing the cache challenge but are unable to visit the Chamber of Commerce office during those times, please contact the office at 360-687-1510 to make other arrangements.
