No, not that kind of Attempted Murder! I was talking about a Collective Noun to describe groups of birds silly. One example is a "MURDER of CROWS" which is the inspiration for my cache, stamp and the bad pun.
You may see a raft, a band, a host, a chime or even a kettle of birds. But what exactly are you seeing? What would you call a group of flamingos, a swarm of swallows or a flock of eagles?
