This is our second trip to Norway. In 2014 we visited a lot of the Southern part of the country during a two week vacation (Oslo - Lillehammer - Kristiansund - Sogndal - Førde - Bergen - Haukeli - Stathelle - Oslo). This time we only make a short city trip to Oslo and we would be happy to meet some local cachers but for sure also cachers being in town from all over the world. We do have some trackables that want to see the world and also some that specially want to travel to and in Norway (including our own Norway Geocoin) and we would appreciate to hand them over to good cachers hands.
If you have trackables to travel to central Europa or visit big events: After our trip to Oslo we are going to visit the Mega Event "Geocaching Days" in Kiel and further on at the following weekend the Project Event "Let's Zeppelin" in Friedrichshafen close to the German / Austrian / Swiss border. A few weeks later we will visit the "GeoCoinFest Europe" in Belgium including a visit of cache GC40, the oldest continental European Geocache. So a lot of things to travel and see for any trackable you would like to exchange with us.
We will meet close to EarthCache "Marble at the Opera" (GC3X2NJ) on the West side of the Oslo Opera on Tuesday, August 8th 2017 from 6.00 pm (18:00) to 7.00 pm (19:00). We will be wearing trackable shirts by which you will be able to identify us.
Please note: In case of (hopefully not expected) too worse weather condition we will check for an indoor alternative close to the Oslo Opera. In that case please check for short term announcements.
