Blokarts - noun - a single seat three wheeled vehicle with a sail built to be propelled over land by the wind. There are now 12,000 Blokart land sailors throughout the world. They are easy to operate, you simply steer with one hand and pull the sheet rope with the other. The ear to ear smile from your first sail is known as the Blokart Grin.
The Manawatu has a relatively new, but very strong Blokarting Club that operates at this location (opened in April 2015). They have club race meetings on Wednesday and Saturday afternoons all year round so there will be muggles around on those days. The cache is located in a far boundary corner and well away from the public carpark. At other times, when there is blokart racing or radio controlled car racing (the lawn mower racing has now gone) there may be many muggles around so be mindful of people and vehicles in the area. Please watch young children as there is a nearby open water trough at the far end of the carpark. If blokarting is taking place please take care walking to the location and stick close to the fenceline away from the karts. You will need to bring a pen. We have left a pathtag for the first person to find. You are now looking for a pill bottle with a smaller pill bottle inside to keep the log dry. It can be a bit muddy in winter so gumboots may be the best choice.
