Geocache Description:

The cache is close to the parking area at the North end of the bridge. Step over the style onto the fishermans path to enter the GZ.

Thornton Bridge carries the main Helperby to Topcliffe road over the River Swale. It is of cast iron construction which can be much more appreciated from the footpath off to one side.
