Geocache Description:


Alaska bears, caribou and salmon get all the attention, but birds live in Alaska too.  And they have they have their needs even if they don't get on all the TV shows.  Thus more container mischief!

This is an easy and fun cache, a short walk from parking and available during the winter.  You should have no problem spotting it once you get close.  Just watch out for a little bit of barbed wire as you pass through the fence.

When you find the cache, take notice of where it is at.  Then take down the whole cache to get mischief managed without forcing or breaking anything.  Just put it back securely where you found it.

Geocaching Hint:  If you have favorite geocaching items like a pen or tweezers, you may want to attach high visibility tape or flagging to it so that you can find it if you drop it in the woods.  I learned this lesson the hard way -- several times!
