Nice trail, seems to be an old extension of Thatch road. If you continue down for a bit, you can find an abundance of raspberries, blackberries and fiddleheads.
Take Highway 102 from Freddy or Oromocto, just past or before the airport, there is a turn for Thatch road, take that and head down to Bluff wharf (N45 52.099 W066 30.898) and park there. The trail is right in front of you.
The Cache is on the side of the trail, well hidden, at least in the summer. Container is waterproof, hidden and attached to a "natural landmark" so the floods won't take it away... again!
Lots of Muggles during nice and sunny days...
UPDATE (22 Jan 2006)- NEW COORDINATES
The cache has moved again!! From it's "fire-free" spot to a new "flood-free" spot.
UPDATE JUN 2008 -
Not as flood proof as we had planned, cache was washed away, TB owner has been notified. Replaced in same location and will be bungeed shortly for better chance of survival. Have fun!!
Please fill out all the details in the log book, I'd like to see how close people get.

We hope this time, the container will stay waterproof and will resist the raging tides of the spring floods! Sorry it took so long to repair it. Hint updated too.
UPDATE OCTOBER 2013 - NEW COORDINATES
This has to be the unluckiest cache in the area! Updated the coordinates and the size of the cache. The vintage landmark that used to be there was removed so the previous location is no longer OK. Hope to see if new location is better.

A very unlucky cache... new container, same coordinates but another spot.
