Mason Traditional Cache

This cache is close to a well known building in Worthing.

The area is mainly urban with a private car park nearby. Not many people walk here so should muggle free. It has been placed in a place where it could be seen but not that easy to take out so I hope that it lasts. A tool may be required as described in the hint to get to it.
