            Fire Safety Fact:Hampton County Fire-Rescue (HCFR) was established in 1991.  For over 20 years the HCFR has relied on a volunteer force to protect Hampton County.  Currently, the department operates with a staff that consists of a full time Fire Chief, a full time administrative assistant, six part-time personnel, and 150 volunteer firefighters.
