This cache is located in a beautiful little park near Brandon, SD. Park near the entrance at N43 35.005 W96 35.772 and follow the paved trail to the cache location. There are two questions you will need to answer to log the cache. E-mail your answers to me, don't post them here even if encrypted.
What type of joinery was used to interlock the logs at the corners of the cabin?
What type of wood was used in the cabin construction?
This cache site is wheelchair accessible and can be done quickly as part of a break while traveling. If you have time, go the shelter near the cabin, get the information for the GPS trail in the park and follow the trail. The views are worth the hike. If you have more time camp overnight. The facilities are great!
It was reported by DRAGN Tamers that they thought the cache coordinates were off. They reported coordinates of N43 34.746 W96 35.871. Since I live about 300 miles from the cache, I can't run out and check it. Any of you who find the cache, please let me know which set of coordinates is correct and I'll update the cache page, if necessary.
