You can see for yourself the change over from horse farming to mechanisation and how refrigeration has changed from a simple Coolgardie safe to high-tech refrigerators we use today.
Grain is the fifth largest industry in WA, and the largest agricultural sector. Did you know that over seven million hectares of farming land in the south west of WA is used to grow grain? It’s a massive industry, one that adds $4 billion to the WA economy every year!
