Wagin Historical Village
Take a step back in time and wander through 25 original and replica buildings from the region’s past, including the village bank. While nothing will replace the relationship with your local banking staff, technology has changed this particular industry rapidly.
First it was credit or debit cards instead of cash, then ATMs, then internet banking. Now there are apps and contactless payment technology, with new wearable technology the latest banking prototype. An estimated 75% of the fast growing occupations require STEM (science, technology, engineering, maths) skills.
