This cache is placed at a newly opened up area for tourists in the Robins Camp area of the Hwange National Park. Park fees are payable.
This is an old Pan that was recently rediscovered and the subsequently revitalised with the installation of solar panels and a solar pump. The many new solar pumps and panels in the Hwange National Park are a result of a lot of hard work by volunteers who fund the projects with generous donations from those who care about the wildlife. Early in 2017 the access road to this Pan was graded so making it more readily accessible to the tourist. At the time of placing the cache we enjoyed watching a herd of zebra drinking at the ample supply of water. There were also a lot of different bird species attracted to this new water supply. The cache is hidden at the view point!
