Geocache Description:

Dalgety Dog (DD) and Bayley Bear (BB) are the mascots of the annual Dalgety Bay and Hillend Gala (DB&HG) and this geocache has been named after them.  DD and BB love to be out and about exploring Dalgety Bay and Hillend and they hope this geocache will bring smiles to the geocachers of Dalgety Bay and Hillend, the Fife Coastal Path walkers and visitors to the area.

This geocache is located on the fife coastal path just before St Bridget's Kirk, a former church on the outskirts of Dalgety Bay. The Kirk is a shell of a medieval church, dating back at least as far as 1178, with stunning views across to Edinburgh.  The route to the geocache is a woodland walk with normal stone/dirt path.  The geocache is a small clear container with items inside for exchange.  There is a logbook and a pencil for recording your find.
