I segni dell'alluvione del 1987
Alluvione Val Brembana, 30 anni dopo
Le immagini storiche che documentano la furia del Brembo fanno paura ancora oggi, a 30 anni di distanza. Chi ha vissuto quei drammatici giorni ricorda ogni istante, il Brembo ha travolto ogni cosa. Ponti crollati, strade franate, devastazione e disperazione. Ed anche 5 vittime. A trent'anni la Valle Brembana ha ricordato con una Messa e una cerimonia ufficiale alla quale era presente anche il Ministro Costa.
La location è in prossimità di GZ. Era il 18 luglio 1987
Troverete sulla piccola chiesetta una targhetta che segna l'altezza che raggiunse l'acqua del Fiume Brembo.
Adesso questa area è diventata un piccolo grazioso posto per pic-nic attrezzato con panche per più famiglie, un grill per uso comune, una fontana di acqua potabile fresca un bel pratone per giocare a calcio o con il freesbee e ovviamente il fiume Brembo per pucciare i piedi e quando c'è tanta acqua anche per qualche tuffo nelle acque ghiacciate.

Brembana valley flood, 30 years later
Historical images that document Brembo's fury are still scary today, at 30 years away. Whoever lived those dramatic days remembers every moment, the Brembo has overwhelmed everything. Broken bridges, sloping roads, devastation and despair. And even 5 victims. Thirty years ago the Brembana Valley recalled with a Mass and an official ceremony to which Minister Costa was present.
The location is close to GZ. It was July 18, 1987
You will find on the little church a plate that marks the height that reached the water of the River Brembo.
Now this area has become a small graceful place for picnics equipped with multi-family benches, a common grill, a fresh drinking water fountain, a nice bowling alley for playing football or the freesbee and of course the Brembo River to shoot The feet and when there is so much water for some dive in the icy waters.
