Hidden in a corner of The Cove.
Tommy Island is a small sandbar that is completely submerged at high tide. With no usable hiding spot here, the cache was placed nearby in a secluded area.
While a kayak or other boat is highly recommended - in theory you can wade to this at low tide. DO NOT walk along the highway!
