This cache is at the entrance to Hickory Lake Scrub. The Scrub is a nature preserve and hiking trail that doesn't get many visitors. Caches are not allowed to be placed inside of the park as it could encourage people to wander off the trails and potentially damage endangered flora. When you come for the cache, followe the park rules and feel free to enjoy the trails. Beware of bugs and please help keep the park clean. CITO and BYOP!
Hickory Lake Scrub is open daily year round from 6:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Standard Time and 5:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. during Daylight Savings Time.
The cache is a small decon container that should be big enough for a small trackable or two. Please close the lid tight.
