From #2 DO NOT CROSS THE FENCE. Walk downhill until the fence turns left. From there you can just follow your compass but it's easier to follow the fence and turn downhill towards the cache soon after a gate.
Coordinates were never good here so you may be a bit out.
You are looking for an oak tree on the hillside which is Y shaped with the trunk growing into 2 uprights at about 3 feet up. The lower part of the tree is moss covered.
Another Crockham Wood Trek is a series of 10 traditional caches over about 1½ miles.
I have numbered them and advise you to follow the directions given.
