The Cache itself is a few meters off the Calgary Greenway Trail. The trail itself cuts through many neighbourhoods throughout the city. This part of the trail is next to several ponds with cattails circling them. During the summer many red-winged blackbirds are here enjoying this kind of habitat. Take a few moments to stop and listen to them. They tend to be quite vocal.
