This cache will take you a short walk from Drumpellier Country Park, along a path to a view point over Woodend Loch. A example of a perfect SSSI area in Scotland.
The cache log is contained with a film canister but the cache container is larger and unable to hold and form of TB's. Woodend Loch is protected as a Site of Special Scientific Interest, it being one of the best examples of its kind in Scotland. Please stick to the path while out looking for this cache as the loch is home to a number of rare plants, water beetles, a good variety of waterbirds, and is a known site for otters. While out placeing this cache there was loads baby swans swiming about with the parents trying to be bit protective.
