This stretch of the Grand River is perfect for paddling, the flow rate today was 13 m⊃3;/second which provided enough current that it really wasnt a paddle at all, mostly just steered our way along the river.
Just after putting in we noticed we were well.....taking on a bit of water. Seems we had a leaky boat and after a km of bailing, Da Bush Man MacGyver'd a riverside repair that kept us afloat for the day
Along the way nature delivered many wonderful sights including Osprey, Hawks, Rainbow Trout and Great Blue Heron.
Put in and take out have been waypointed.
