Eis-Erholungspause während der Schatzsuche
Mateys, hier könnt ihr euer Gefährt anlegen und euch von den Strapazen und Herausforderungen der aktuellen Schatzsuche (mindestens) eine halbe Stunde lang erholen. Die, die Eis (Waffeln, Kaffee, usw.) mögen können sich das bei N 50° 39.668 E 007° 11.522 holen; das Treffen findet diesmal (weil Umbaumaßnahmen am Parkplatz angekündigt sind) an der „Anlegestelle“ für Eventbesucher bei N 50° 39.750 E 007° 11.743 (Siegfriedstraße runter bis zum Rhein, dann links) statt, und zwar am Samstag, dem 12. August 2017, ab 16:00 Uhr mit offenem Ende, aber bis mindestens 16:30.
Arrrr, hier könnt ihr dann das Logbuch signieren, ein wenig klaafen, Travelbugs und Geocoins tauschen wie auch Tips, Fernrufnummern, Rufzeichen für Amateurfunk etc. und über vergangene, aktuelle und geplante GPS Stash Hunts reminiszieren.
Aufgrund der Umbauarbeiten am Parkplatz ist die Anreise zu Fuß, mit dem Fahrrad, öffentlichem Nahverkehr oder dem eigenen Schiff (Anlegemöglichkeiten in Eventnähe, aber die nötige Erlaubnis muß sich jeder selbst beschaffen — oder vom Schiff aus zuprosten) anzuraten.

Refreshment ice cream break during the ongoing treasure hunt
Mateys, this is yer chance to dock your barge and recover for (at least) half an hour from the challenges of the ongoing treasure hunt. Those wishing to procure ice cream (waffles, coffee, etc.) can do so at the location of N 50° 39.668 E 007° 11.522; the meetup occurs, due to announced construction work at the usual place, near N 50° 39.750 E 007° 11.743 this time (down Siegfriedstraße towards the river Rhein, then head left), on Saturday, 12ᵗʰ August 2017, starting at 16:00 local time (14:00 Zulu), open end, but at least for an half hour.
Arrrrr, you can put yer signature into the logbook here and have the chance to talk with yer follow treasure hunters, exchange Travelbugs and Geocoins, telephone numbers, ham callsigns, hints, etc. and reminisce about GPS Stash Hunts past, present and future.
Due to construction work at the parking lot it’s highly recommended to arrive on foot, by bike, using public transport or your own ship (getting the necessary permits is everyone’s own responsibility, although you may be able to dock near the event coordinates — or attend from on board) this time.
