15 v. Chr. wurde die Reichsstadt von Kaiser Augustus gegründet. 
Es gibt viel zu entdecken: Natürlich die Fuggerei, das von Elias Holl erbaute Rathaus oder aber die weltberühmte Puppenkiste. Schaut euch um, lasst euch treiben und genießt einen Tag in der Hauptstadt Schwabens.

Emperor Augustus founded the city in the year 15 BC. You can discover very much:
Obviously the "Fuggerei" - the oldest social housing estate in the world - , the big townhall, which was built by Elias Holl, or the world-famous "Puppenkiste". Take a look around, let yourself drift and enjoy a day in the district capital of Bavarian Swabia.
