Swimming to Ahtopol Rock

За тези които обичат да плуват, това е кеш в близост до плажа на Ахтопол, на 300 метра навътре в морето, на голяма скала. За да го достигнете трябва да плувате около 10-15 минути, или да ползвате водно колело или някакъв вид лодка. Най-добра стартова точка е южния край на плажа, където е известния Ла Вита клуб (водете се по допълнителната референтна точка). Препоръчва се ползването на маска и шнорхел за по-лесно достигане и напълно да се насладите на прекрасния подводен живот. Бъдете внимателни с плитчините и водораслите. Не са опасни, но трябва да намерите добър подход към скалата - на места е доста плитко и дори не става за плуване. Скалата не е голяма, тъй че можете да отидете без GPS и да търсите в североизточната част на скалата в малка оформена пещера. По принцип няма много възможности за скриване, аз открих само една. Ако все пак искате да си вземете устройството, можете да го сложите в балон или презервативи, по този начин аз стигнах до скалата и обратно без да го намокря. Кешът е наличен през лятото и при спокойно море. Моля не предприемайте рискове, ако морето е бурно или не чувствате увереност да стигнете дотам. Закрепете и покрийте добре кешът след намиране, тъй като има вероятност при силно вълнение да бъде отнесен от вълните.

For those who loves to swim in summer, this is a cache near the Ahtopol beach, on 300 meters inside the sea, on a big rock. You can swim for 10-15 minutes to reach it, or use some other devices (water wheel or kind of boats) to reach the place. Best place to start is the southern part of the beach, where the famoust La Vita club is (use the reference starting point). It is recomended to use mask and snorkel to reach the rock and enjoy magnificent underwater life. Please be careful with the shallows and the seaweeds. Basically they are not dangerous but you have to find the correct way to swim around them. Rock is not big, so you can go there without GPS and look the North-East part of the rock in a small cave. There are not many possible places for hiding, I personally found only one. In any case if you want to bring your GPS, you can use condoms or ballons to put it inside as I did, this way you can bring it to the rock safe. Cache is availbale mainly in summer, and in calm sea. Please do not take any risks if sea is stormy or you see big waves. After finding, ensure cache is well covered and stuked with stones again, as it can be swept away from waves in stormy weather.
