Bukit Kiara Waterfall Traditional Cache

Bukit Kiara is one of the remaining "green lungs" of Kuala Lumpur. In earlier days a rubber plantation, it is now a park, popular with walkers, joggers and mountainbikers. Not many people know that a few (small) waterfalls can be found in Bukit Kiara and it is near one of these waterfalls that the geocache has been hidden.

There are two options to reach the waterfall. The shortest approach is to start from the tarmac loop and follow the clear but steep trail down beside the fence. Where the trail starts to climb again, you will hear and see the waterfall. The other option is to continue a bit farther on the tarmac and then turn right into a logging road. Follow this road until the end where it becomes a trail ending below the waterfall

                            
 

The last fifty meter you will have to scramble up to the fall. The rocks can be slippery. take care. To the right of the fall there are a few big trees. The geocache has been placed between the roots of one of them and consists of a glass container with the usual content, hidden from a direct view by a small rock.
