THIS IS A CACHE THAT YOU HAVE TO USE A TOOL TO GET TO. THE TOOL IS LOCATED 4 STEPS BEHIND THE GEOCACHE.  IT IS HANGING EYE-LEVEL CLOSE TO THE BIG OAK. ON A LARGE VINE.
