Very easy geocache by a beach and very fun, I don't think that you need to pay but probably inside. So you need to walk to get the cache. But you can park outside of the beach parking lot. Bring a pen or pencil and be stealthy.
The location is by a beach but not on private property. The container is a water proof case and it's a rectangular shape box. Have fun
