Christmas in July Mystery Cache

Each year since 2015, I have held a Christmas in July Potluck & Secret Gift Exchange geocaching event. This mystery cache matches the theme of those events. While solving the mystery to this cache shouldn't prove to be too terribly difficult, getting to this cache just might. How prepared is your TOTT (Tools of the Trade) bag? There will be a nearby parking lot to park your geomobile. Enjoy, and please place it as you found it so that others get the same challenge!

The geocache contains a ziplock bag with logbook, pencil, and pencil sharpener that should remain in the geocache. Anything else in the geocache is considered swag.

Once you have completed the crossword puzzle, you can then find the coordinates.

North degrees are the same as the posted coordinates. Number of G's, Number of M's. Number of E's minus Number of D's, Number of O's, Number of P's.

West degrees are the same as the posted coordinates. Number of F's plus Number of V's, Number of W's. Number of H's, Number of A's minus Number of I's, Number of U's.
