This is a multi-cache with three locations. It is possible to drive (to the first two), walk, or bike from one place to another. Please DO NOT pass the "Homeowner's Association Property" signs. There is no need to go beyond them during any part of the search.
The initial coordinates are listed above.
At this first location find the 10's digit of the "Avenue" sign. This number will = A.
You will also need the number off the speed limit sign that is visible from this location. This number will = BB.
The number of paver rocks in front of the Ash Creek sign will = CCC.
Finally, the number of rusty screws on the Ash Creek sign will = E.
BB-(sin^2 CCC + cos^2 CCC) = DD
E*(DD-2) = ZZ
Your new Lat will be: N45 27.ADD;
your new Lon will be: W122 44.AZZ
You will need to gather some new numbers at the second location.
The number of silver nuts AND bolts on the "Lunar Darkness" sign will = F.
The number of regulations on the sign = H
(H^2) - 2 = II
F - 6 = G
On the regulations sign, there is a number in the form AB.C
(AB * 64) - 1 = FFF
Your final lat will be: N45 27.IIG;
your final lon will be: W122 44.FFF
The cache is not on/too close to private property.
As of May 2003 there is no cache container, trading goodies, or log book due to plundering. Still, you will know when you have found the cache. Please send an e-mail to the cache owner indicating something about where you found the cache to prove that you've found it.
