Geocache Description:

Cache is in the mall not on the freeway onramp.

Ground Zero provides a great view of the southbound I-15 ramp metering light. Transportation experts claim that these lights regulate the flow of traffic onto the freeway according to current traffic conditions. Supposedly this helps to relieve traffic congestion. Many people find these ramp metering lights to be a nuissance.

No one likes to get stuck at a light, including me. So my attitude is to test your reaction time with the light and pretend you're in a drag race.
