I have been visiting this site since a child. My father was a part of the volunteer work crew of the United Church in Alberni. We used to come over here with picnics and tools and spent many a wonderful day working, exploring, swimming. My brother spent several summers attending camp here many years ago. It is hard to recall what the camp used to look like as most of the buildings are gone but it is always a pleasure to come back and enjoy a walk and the beautiful water views.
