Salty Traditional Cache

This cache is located just a short drive from lovely Desperate Bay on the Enneaba - Coolimba Rd Continue a little further on and you can also visit Lake Indoon, a popular spot for waterskiing when the lake is full. 

This cache is easy to get to with parking available just off the side of the road.

Be sure to take in the views either side of the cache but please be careful if deciding to 4wd around them. Summer is the best time as they will be dry but do not try to cross them ever! Stick the outside track at all times. Do not even try in winter or your car bogged in the lake will be the subject of many photographs over the years to come.

If your lucky you may even see brumbies galloping through the scrub. These beautiful animals visit a couple of waterholes in the local area.
