For a little back road, it sure does have a lot of traffic. Good thing there is this sidewalk and if you look over, you will see a staircase walkway.
Bring your own pen. This cache is yet another quick cache by looking at a guardrail. A nice area awaits below, if you feel like hanging out by the water.
