First read the sign and learn about birding. Then look for the part of the sign that talks about" Birds abound in Texas".

You are figuring out the numbers of the coordinates by figuring out which letters are what number in the alphabet (Example: The letter C is the third letter in the alphabet, so you would come up with a 3).
