De Grote sloot is 15 km lang, en loopt van Zijpersluis, Burgerbrug, Sint Maartensbrug, Schagerbrug, Keinsmerbrug naar Oudesluis. De Grote sloot ligt in de Zijperpolder en zorgt voor 400 jaar voor de afwatering.
